Lyngen Experience Lodge

Hotel | Lyngen Experience Lodge is set in wonderful surroundings in Nord-Lenangen in the northern part of the Lyngen peninsula less than two hours drive from Tromsø and just metres from the water’s edge. Our mission is to help you discover all the magic of this land over the arctic circle. Whether you are visiting us during summer, autumn, winter or spring, each season is unique in its own way and will give you a special experience.

Located in fantastic surroundings, facing the fjord and with pristine mountains as a background, you get the ideal experience of Norwegian nature and the Arctic environment. It is the starting point for most of our adventures, there are great trips and activities in the immediate vicinity together with the beautiful nature.
 
The lodge has nine double rooms, all of which have private bathrooms. Our lounge offers panoramic views of the Ullsfjord, including the boating life and animal life right outside the windows. You can also enjoy a hot sauna or outdoor jacuzzi in our spa section. Our most adventurous guests can step outside and take a refreshing dip in the fjord. The lodge offers wonderful opportunities for an unforgettable Lyngen adventure.
 
Our restaurant is run by high-quality Chefs, who prepare daily homemade meals with locally sourced food. And our house Sommelier is in charge of offering a worldwide selection of the best wine and drinks paring them to perfection with these meals.
 
Travelling from downtown Tromsø to the lodge takes less than two hours, including a scenic ferry crossing. We offer transfers from Tromsø and other places on request.
You can book accommodation at Lyngen Experience Lodge including breakfast, lunch and dinner. 
 
We offer all-year-round packages and activities, from northern lights and ski touring to boat experiences and several hikes.
