Address: 9008 Tromsø

Experience the magnificent fjords onboard a traditional sailing ship. Try fishing, or look for wild eagles. There are chances of spotting wild orcas and humpback whales!

If the weather allows it you can take part in hoisting the sails, try the fishing gear or just enjoy a wonderful day out at sea.
Schooner Hildur was restored as a traditional two-mast schooner from the remains of an old oak fishing boat. Combining this traditional mode of transport with magnificent wildlife and landscape gives you an experience you will never forget.

Our crew is highly skilled and professional with extensive knowledge about the arctic wildlife. If we meed whales we follow the strict Whale Watching Guidelines developed by Visit Tromsø.

This trip takes you sailing out of the beautiful Kaldfjorden.

Don’t forget to bring a camera, warm footwear, hat and gloves.

Included: Whale safari with multilingual guides, light meal (soup and bread), hot drinks and biscuits, warm flotation overalls, transfer approx. 20 minutes each way.
