Dog Sledding on the Edge of Tromsø – Evening - Aurora Alps

Address: 9008 Tromsø Date: Tuesday 6 mar 2018 - Sunday 31 Mar 2019 Show map

Address: 9008 Tromsø

Experience an authentic Arctic adventure when you run your own dog team at the edge of Tromsø. You can now do this trip in the evenings while you experience the magical light here in the north.

It’s even more exciting when you turn on the headlights and set off into the wilderness, where there is total darkness. Perhaps a starry sky, the moon, the Northern Lights will give you enough light to see some of the wonderful alpine scenery.

Our dogs are very friendly and like to run. You get winter clothing and some tips on how you can become a successful "musher". Two people share a sled where one sits and the other one drives. Each sled has 4 to 6 dogs running in the front. During the tour, you switch the driver. You will like the cooperation with the dogs, even if you need to help the dog uphills. You will on these trips come in close contact with guides, dogs and other participants who will put a personal touch on experiences.
